Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Great Life Blueprints, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Telos (“Telos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or business that creates a Telos account (“you” or “Admin”). By creating an account or using the Telos platform, the Telos Social feature, or our related websites and services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Telos Is

Telos is software for coaches and coaching businesses. It provides tools to run a practice: client management, scheduling, programs and courses, forms, websites and funnels, messaging, live sessions, invoicing and accounting, social media publishing, and related features. Telos is a software provider. We do not provide coaching, counseling, therapy, medical, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not a party to any relationship between you and your clients.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Admins, Team Members, and Clients
An Admin is the person or business that owns a Telos workspace and is the customer under these Terms.
Team members are people you invite to help run your workspace. You are responsible for their access and their actions.
Clients are the people you serve through Telos. A client who signs in to your workspace uses Telos only through you. Your clients are your clients, not ours.

4. Plans, Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
Plan. Telos is offered as a single plan with all features. At the time of these Terms the price is $185 per month, or $149 per month billed yearly ($1,788 per year). We may change prices on reasonable advance notice; a change applies at your next renewal.

Free trial. A new Admin may start a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged on day 15 and your subscription begins.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. The 14-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate Telos before you are charged; cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.

Payment processing. Our own billing is processed by Stripe. Payments you collect from your clients are processed through your own Stripe account (see Section 9).

Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry, suspend editing or access, and ultimately close the account after notice.
Taxes. Fees do not include taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

5. Your Content and Your Clients’ Data
You own your content. You keep all rights to the content, client information, and materials you put into Telos (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and back up Your Content only as needed to operate and support the Service for you.

You are in control of your client data. For the personal information of your clients and contacts, you decide why and how it is used. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and put it into Telos, including any notices and consents your clients are owed.

Your own storage and email. Telos is designed so you connect your own file storage (Cloudflare R2) and email sending (Amazon SES). You are responsible for those accounts, their costs, and complying with their terms.
Export and deletion. You may export your data and request deletion of your workspace. We will delete or de-identify Your Content within 45 days after your account is closed, except where we must keep it for legal, security, or billing reasons. During those 45 days you may reactivate your account or export your data.

6. You Are Responsible for Your Business and Your Clients’ Use

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

Your practice is yours. You alone are responsible for your coaching services, programs, advice, results claims, pricing, refunds, contracts with clients, and your relationship with every client.

Telos is not liable for what you or your clients do with Telos. Telos is a tool. We are not responsible or liable for any act, omission, content, communication, advice, product, or service of you, your team members, or your clients — including anything a client or third party does using tools, pages, forms, messages, or content created in or through your workspace.

Compliance is yours. You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to you and your practice, including consumer protection, advertising and earnings/results claims, privacy and data-protection law, health-information rules where applicable, telemarketing and text/email consent laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and carrier rules), licensing requirements for your profession, and tax and accounting rules. Telos tools — including templates, AI-generated drafts, forms, and agreement tools — are aids only and are not legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. You must review everything before you use or publish it.

Clients’ consent. You are responsible for obtaining the consent you need before messaging, recording, or collecting data from your clients (for example, before recording a live session, sending marketing, or texting).

Not a substitute for professional care. Telos is not designed for emergencies or crisis support. If your practice touches on health, mental health, or safety, you are responsible for appropriate referrals and safeguards.

Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Telos, its owners, and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Content, your services, your clients’ or team members’ use of the Service through your workspace, or your violation of these Terms or of law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law or infringe others’ rights; send spam or unlawful messages; publish content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that makes false or unsubstantiated income or health claims; collect data without a lawful basis; upload malware or attack, probe, or overload the Service; resell or provide the Service to third parties as a competing service without our written permission; attempt to access another workspace’s data; or misuse AI features to produce prohibited content. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this section.

8. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to draft or suggest content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

Your own AI account. AI features run through an AI provider account that you connect to Telos (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or OpenRouter). Your use of that account is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for its costs and settings. Telos sends the provider only what is needed to produce the result you requested.
No training by Telos once you are in your account. After your own AI account is connected, Telos AI features use that account.

Telos does not train, fine-tune, or improve general AI models using Your Content, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. Telos AI is tailored only to your own brand, using what you have saved in your workspace (such as your brand, voice, and style). That information is used only for your requests and is not shared with other members or other customers.
The setup helper. While you set up your account, Telos offers an AI setup helper (“I’m stuck”). It runs on Telos’s own AI provider account, operated by Telos’s founder, so you can use it before you have connected your own. What you type or upload to it (including screenshots) is used to answer you. The questions you ask may or may not be used to adjust the helper’s future answers. Do not share passwords, API keys, secret codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information with it; it will not ask for them. Because the helper is an AI, it can be wrong: check any answer against the instructions on the setup page.

8A. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you enter a mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Telos (Great Life Blueprints, LLC), such as replies to your questions, account help and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Our Privacy Policy (section 5A) at https://www.teloscoachingsoftware.com/privacy explains how we handle mobile information.

9. Third-Party Services and Connections

Telos connects to third-party services you choose to use — for example Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank connections for accounting), Meta platforms and Threads (Telos Social), calendar providers, Cloudflare, Amazon, and video and messaging providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for their availability. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and act on it only as needed to provide the feature you chose. You can disconnect at any time.

Payments from your clients. Telos uses Stripe Connect so that payments from your clients go to your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for your sales. You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and taxes on your sales, and for Stripe’s terms and fees. Telos is not a party to those sales.

Bank connections (Plaid). If you connect a bank account for accounting, you authorize us to retrieve account and transaction information through Plaid. Telos uses it only to provide your accounting features. Telos accounting tools organize your records; they are not tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your books and tax filings.

10. Our Intellectual Property

Telos, its software, design, and branding belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription for your own business. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service. If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
“As is.” The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will produce any business result, revenue, or client outcome.

No consequential damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telos and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practical). On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Sections 5 (as to your ownership), 6, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, you agree to contact us at the address below and try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Telos agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in Colorado (or remotely by agreement), and the arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

No class actions. Claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person.

Exceptions. Either of us may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek an injunction in court to stop misuse of intellectual property or the Service.

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing ed@edferrigan.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in La Plata County, Colorado.

If this section is found unenforceable, the dispute will be decided in those courts instead, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

14. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; if the changes are material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app), and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
